About me

My name is Luboš Doležel and I am a Linux enthusiast, developer and article writer. You can mostly see me at AbcLinuxu.cz (in Czech), but physically I'm located in the South Bohemian region of the Czech Republic.

Starting September/October I will study at the Czech Technical University in Prague, hoping to attain the bachelor's degree.

As for the software development, I program in C++, mostly GUI applications using the Qt library. But I do some Java stuff as well. Make sure to check out my projects. Besides programming, I love to watch movies and TV shows. No soap operas, just American dramas, comedies and the alike. And by the way, Korean films aren't bad either.

Unlike many Czechs, I don't speak German as I have always disliked the language's logical structure. And despite having been learning English since early childhood, there is and always will be space for improvement. Then there is Spanish - a language that took my fancy too, nevertheless it is going to take a lot of time before I'm able to use it actively.
